1、自動推力平衡

固定節流環和可變節流環的流體力學作用提供的自動推力平衡使軸在推力軸承的中間位置，這樣就消除了在正常運行中推力軸承的磨損。推力墊圈和石墨軸承推力面之間的異常磨損，僅在起動和進口吸入不良的意外情況下發生。

1、Automatic Thrust Balance

The hydrodynamic actionof set 0ffixed and variable orifices provides automatic thrust balancing to center the shaft between thrust bearings．This eliminates thrust bearing wear during normal operation．It will occur to contact between the replaceable thrust washers and the thrust face 0f the carbon bearings on the condition 0f startup and severe conditions such as loss 0f suction．

2、軸承監視器

●　機械式軸承監視器

機械式軸承監視器是由檢測部分探頭和壓力指示表組成的。檢測部分的探頭安裝在軸端的端螺母內同時固定在後軸承座上。檢測探頭內封有加壓的氩氣。當軸承徑向磨損或者軸向磨損時，軸會發生振動。引起轉子超出正常範圍，導致檢測部分和端螺母接觸並且磨損，引起監視器內壓力下降（或上升）壓力指示器表示異常。另外，由于機械式軸承監視器檢測部分采用了和泵相同的材質，所以還能起到監視泵內材料的腐蝕情況。在表本體和探頭之間由于注有氟油，所以整個結構保證耐壓的要求。

2、Bearing Monitor

●　Mechanical Bearing Monitor

Mechanical bearing monitor is composed of probe and pressure gage．It is mounted on the rear bearing housing and it is probe flied with argon gas is inserted into the end nut of the rotating shaft. When bearing wear exoeeds the predetermined limit,the probe contacts the inner wall of the end nut and breaks．When the probeis broken,the pressure 0f the argon gas is released,thus reducing the pressure．Therefore,any drop in pressure results in indication of the abnormal state．Besides,the probe is made of the same material as that 0f starer liner, the monitor can also detect corrosion of the stator liner and rotor sleeve．Insert fluorine oil is filled between theprobe and pressure gauge,and the entire structure is designed to withstand pressure

●　電氣式軸承監視器

當軸承磨損時，轉子發生偏移，使空氣間隙尺寸失去平衡，這是轉子的縫隙導致磁波（一種高頻率波）振幅發生變化。爲了檢測這種變化，在定子繞組中以120度間隔埋入三組檢測線圈，並且將線圈串聯連接。這樣就能將合成電壓顯 示出來，檢測出軸承的磨損量。日機裝的電氣式軸承監視器采用了三組檢索線圈所以能提供可靠地軸承監視手段。

●　Electric Bearing Monitor

When there is wear on bearing．the rotor will shift so that the air gas size is not in balance,then the amplitude of magnetic induction gap magnetic of rotor(a high-frequency wave)changes,In order to dctoct the sense,three windings connected in series are buried in the statorlocared of l20 degrees in the interval．So the syntbesisvoltage will be displayed and the bearing wear will be tested．Due to the use of three search coils,it is reliable to monitor bearing wear.

●　電子式軸承監視器（已申請專利）

是日本日機裝見年開發的新産品，工作原理是：定子線圈的前後端按90度相間各埋四組線圈，當正常運行時，轉子處于正常位置（定子的中央的位置，即前後左右上下距離相等），此時感應電動勢矢量之和爲零，如軸承徑向磨損，轉子和定子的間隙（左右上下）將發生偏差，檢測徑向線圈的感應電動勢之和爲零，産生微小的電壓。又如軸承軸向上出現磨損時轉子將在定子內向前或向後移動，此時軸向感應電動勢矢量之和不爲零時，産生微小的電壓。感應電動勢不爲零時，儀表面板上的發光二級管就會顯示其磨損狀況。

電子式軸承監視器安裝了標准的外部輸出端口，通過3芯的電纜連接到終端。電子式軸承監視器可以方便連接到中控室，遠程監視多台泵的運行狀況，從而避免了現場巡檢節約了人力，同時電子式軸承監視器具有遠程報警，在異常情況下，切斷泵的運行。

●　Electronic Bearing Monitor(E-monitor) Patent Pending

[Rdiable bearing monitoring system for deteedng Bearing Wear] The E Monitor has a stator with a built-in search coil．By using the starting voltage generated in the search coil,the E Monitor electrically detects positional changes of the rotor(inthe radial/axial directions)caused by worm bearings．The LED lamp indicates any change．Tbe E Monitor has four search coils Oil each side of the stator(for atotalofeight coils)．Two search coils on both the front and the rear are used to detect wearin the axial and radial directions．

The E Monitoris equippedwith a standard external output terminal．By connecting a 3-core cable to the terminal,the E Monitor can be connected to the pump central control room．A remote surveillance E Monitor monitors multiple pumps and eliminates the need for site patrol,thus saving manpower．The remote surveillance E Monitor is equipped with contaots(with an alarm level setting function)for alarm output and for stopping the pump．

●　空運轉保護裝置

空運裝保護裝置是爲了避免空運轉和氣蝕運轉的。當系統被抽空，斷液或發生氣蝕等時，此裝置會發出驅動保護泵裝置的信號。

●　Dry Operation Prevention Device

When a caromed pump shall be operated continuously in a dry condition,the pump may result in a damage due to excess wears of the bearings, excess temperature rise,etc.To prevent such phenomenon(severe suction inadequate and cavitation),current sensing type(SAO Relay)of Dry Operation Preventive Device Call be furnished.

●　轉向檢測儀

通常要檢測屏蔽泵電機的旋轉方向是很困難的。日機裝的轉向檢測儀是一種能從外部檢測出屏蔽泵電機磁場，並用LED指示燈來表示電機正逆旋轉方向的測定儀器

It is hard to judge the rotation direction especial in the canned motor pump normally．NKK’S rotation detetor is sensed by the motor magnetic field from the outside of the motor,meanwhile,shown by the LED signal to monitor the right direction．

●　軸承監視器

不僅能夠監測軸承徑向、軸向的磨損，而且可以監測材料的腐蝕。

●　Bearing monitor

It can not only monitor the bearing wearing of axial side and radial side,but detect the corrosion of material.

●　補液罐

Seal pot is available for type HM in order to supply flushing liqshing to mechanical seal.
